Meet Sarah
Sarah has been working with plant medicine since she was a child and actively studying Western herbal medicine for the past ten years. She loves working with plants from seed to flower to medicine. She's currently a farmer with a passion for tending perennial garden spaces and runs a small herbal product business. It’s through this process she’s able to connect deeply with the land and in turn her own health and well-being. She loves sharing this skill and passion with others.
