Buttercup is a black registered ewe. She was born in 2020, so she is five years old now. She came from the farm of Rich Shebchuk, a nearby babydoll breeder who has sadly passed away now. She is a great mom to her lambs and gave birth this year to Dogwood and Dogberry. She has always been very shy and generally stays away from people, although she has gotten more friendly with us over the years. She is in great shape and is probably our strongest sheep. She should be able to lamb for several more years at least.
